Beach Rental in Nuevo Vallarta

 

My husband and I have a 2 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath condo in Las Ceibas, a beautiful gated community in Nuevo Vallarta.  It's about a five minute drive to a public beach that has bathrooms and showers.  

 

We are in the process of getting it ready to rent by the night, weekend, week or month.  It has one king bed and a pull-out sofa (twin size). However, we'll be adding another double bed.  Air conditioning and ceiling fans in dining/living rooms and both bedrooms.  Patio with table/chairs and a grill.  There are also 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas.

 

The kitchen is fully furnished with coffee maker, blender, stove, refrigerator, microwave, cooking pots/pans and utensils.  Bed linens and bath towels are also provided.  Washing machine to be added soon.

 

No smoking  or pets permitted.  

 

Reservations beginning Dec. 1, 2014.

 

Rates:

 

Per Week-night (3-night minimum) $75 USD

Per Weekend (Thurs-Sun) $250 USD

Per Week (7 nights) $500 USD

Per Month (30 nights)  $2200 USD

 

Available other week days with a 3-night minimum. 

Cash in USD (or equivalent in pesos). We do not accept credit cards.
